I got a story from one of my 1st draft editors saying that the book helped her reconsider her career. Within the next 3 months, she is leaving her career as a lawyer and pursuing her passion for animals as a veterinarian. I heard this second hand through her friend who read her veterinarian school essays this past weekend. They are in the book club of 4 people that is reading the book together
